Global Coffee Fundraising: COVID-19 Response

Dear Global Coffee Fundraising Community,

This situation impacts all of our families and communities.  We want to thank you for your continued support as we navigate through this together. We are continuing to roast and fulfil all coffee orders.

We have been closely monitoring the continuing developments around the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and we want to inform you that our top priority is the wellbeing of our customers and our employees. We believe our space is very low risk for the COVID-19 virus and we are following the recommended measures to keep it that way. It has always been mandatory for the use of industrial strength sanitizers and soaps to clean all surfaces and equipment, along with our strict hand washing policies, followed by wearing gloves when handling roasted coffee.

We want to ensure that we are able to keep a safe coffee supply going out to our customers, when they need it most.

Some of the operational changes we have made are:

  • We have closed our warehouse & roastery to the public.
  • All non-essential staff will be working remotely.
  • Additional hygiene and sanitization routines implemented for our warehouse and roastery.
  • Contactless pick-up and delivery of coffee. Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss how we can provide your coffee order safely.

During this time, we do ask that you kindly call us (DIRECT: 604.618.6085) before you visit our location. We are closed to the public and we have limited our production hours.

Maintaining a balance of safety and service is of the utmost importance to us. Our number one priority has always been to offer exceptional customer service and we will continue to be here for you. This is our promise to you.
